Learning to play guitar is a skill that will last a lifetime. Finding a skilled, knowledgeable instructor can often be a challenge. Dan has years of experience as an instructor, educator and advisor.

• Dan Weaver teaches classical guitar and classroom guitar at the University of Wisconsin in Green Bay where he earned his B.A. in Guitar Performance. He also teaches guitar at his home studio and at Heid Music.

• In 2014 and 2019 Dan was asked solely to revise the WSMA guitar competition list for the state.

• Dan has been on the staff of the Total Guitarist summer camp at the University where he remains a performer and clinician.

• In 2008 Dan became the official guitar teacher for the Green Bay Packers working with about 12 team members including our guitar-loving Aaron Rodgers.

• Dan is also a volunteer teacher for the Guitars for Vets program at the VA in Green Bay.
